ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 15 oz bottle parmesan romano salad dressing
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

directions

Peel and quarter potatoes. Boil potatoes in large pot until potatoes are tender but not mushy. Drain potatoes and place back in pot. Add dressing and butter. Whip until creamy. Toss in cheese and mix until cheese is partially melted. Serve.
