ingredients

  • 1 gallon water
  • ¾ cup kosher salt
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon ground rosemary

directions

Mix ingredients and bring to a boil. Allow to cool in refrigerator.
