ingredients

  • 1 butter brickle cake mix, or yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup cooking oil
  • 1 8 oz can mandarin orange segments
  • 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 2 3 oz boxes instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 8 oz ctnr whipped topping

directions

1. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and oranges. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9" cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
2. For icing, combine pineapple, pudding mix, vanilla, and whipped topping. Frost between layers and serve.
