- 1 butter brickle cake mix, or yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup cooking oil
- 1 8 oz can mandarin orange segments
- 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
- 2 3 oz boxes instant coconut cream pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 8 oz ctnr whipped topping

1. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and oranges. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9" cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. |
2. For icing, combine pineapple, pudding mix, vanilla, and whipped topping. Frost between layers and serve. |
