- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 3 cups macaroni, uncooked
- ¾ medium onion
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 3 10 oz can tomato soup
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste

In skilled, brown ground beef, drain well. Put into Crock-Pot. Cook macaroni according to package directions until barely tender, drain well. Add macaroni and remaining ingredients to Crock-Pot. Stir just enough to blend. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours (on High setting for 3 to 4 hours). |
