ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 3 cups macaroni, uncooked
  • ¾ medium onion
  • 1 4 oz can mushrooms, sliced and drained
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 3 10 oz can tomato soup
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

directions

In skilled, brown ground beef, drain well. Put into Crock-Pot. Cook macaroni according to package directions until barely tender, drain well. Add macaroni and remaining ingredients to Crock-Pot. Stir just enough to blend. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours (on High setting for 3 to 4 hours).
