  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • ½ cup raisins
  • cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

directions

Mix Bisquick, raisins, milk, sugar, and cinnamon together until dough forms; beat 20 strokes. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 450-degree oven until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. In separate bowl mix together powdered sugar, water, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over biscuits while still warm.
