ingredients

  • 1 Knorr Bernaise Sauce
  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 can salmon or equivalent leftover salmon
  • 1-2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • vegatables, thinly sliced - peppers, mushrooms, asparagus
  • ¼-½ onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic clove, minced
  • olive oil
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan or Romano cheese

directions

1. Prepare Bernaise sauce according to package directions, cook down a bit so it is fairly thick. Mince 1 clove garlic and blend into 2 T of olive oil, and set aside.
2. Heat up olive oil in a skillet, and stir fry onion, remaining garlic, and sliced vegetables until semi-soft, then quick fry the spinach. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F, and assemble the pizzas: Spread sauce over the pizza crust, layer salmon and sauted vegetables. Sprinkle on lots of mozzarella cheese then top with parmesan. Drizzle garlic/oil over the top.
3. Bake 8-12 minutes until crust is light brown and cheese is bubbling.
