ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can pink salmon
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup onions, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • hollandaise sauce

directions

1. Drain and reserve liquid from salmon. Dump salmon into medium bowl and remove as many of the bones as you can. Add egg, onion, bread crumbs, dill weed, and lemon. Mix.
2. Make into patties. If mixture is too dry to form into patties, add reserved liquid from salmon.
3. In frying pan, heat olive oil. Place patties in pan. Brown on each side, turning gently. Drain on paper towels. Serve with hollandaise sauce.
