- 1-½ lbs. halibut
- ¼ cup melted butter, or olive oil
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika

Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika; set aside. Cut halibut into bite size pieces. Dip in butter (or oil). Roll in bread crumb mixture. Lay in cookie tray (can freeze for a day at this stage). Bake in 400 degree oven for 8 - 12 minutes. Serve with tarter sauce. |
