ingredients

  • 1-½ lbs. halibut
  • ¼ cup melted butter, or olive oil
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

directions

Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika; set aside. Cut halibut into bite size pieces. Dip in butter (or oil). Roll in bread crumb mixture. Lay in cookie tray (can freeze for a day at this stage). Bake in 400 degree oven for 8 - 12 minutes. Serve with tarter sauce.
