- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
- 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 quart fresh strawberries (optional)
- 1 16 oz ctnr strawberry glaze (optional)

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with strawberries and desired amount of glaze (optional). Refrigerate leftovers. |
