ingredients

  • 4-½ ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 9 tablespoons butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour

directions

1. Combine chocolate and butter in microwavable bowl and microwave until melted (about 2 minutes at 50% power).
2. In a separate bowl, combine rest of ingrediants and stir well. Add egg mixture to chocolate mixture and pour into 4 buttered ramekins.
3. Cook in a 400-degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve warm (with a little whipped cream, if available).
