- 4-½ ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 9 tablespoons butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour

1. Combine chocolate and butter in microwavable bowl and microwave until melted (about 2 minutes at 50% power). |
2. In a separate bowl, combine rest of ingrediants and stir well. Add egg mixture to chocolate mixture and pour into 4 buttered ramekins. |
3. Cook in a 400-degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve warm (with a little whipped cream, if available). |
