ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 cup ham, cubed
  • 1 package frozen cauliflower and broccoli mix
  • 5 tbsp butter, melted
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste

directions

Cook vegatables according to package directions, adding onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Arrange 1/2 of ham in bottom of pie shell. Cover ham with 1/2 of vegatable mixture. Cover vegatables with 1/2 of monterey jack cheese, then with 1/2 of cheddar cheese. Repeat layer. Pour melted butter over entire pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
