- 1-½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup key lime juice, (about 20 key limes)
- 1 tbsp lime zest

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. |
2. In a small bowl, combine the crumbs and sugar; add butter and blend well. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-in. pie plate. |
3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack before filling. |
4. In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well and pour into graham cracker crust. |
5. Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes, until tiny pinhole bubbles burst on the surface of pie. DO NOT BROWN! Chill pie thoroughly before serving. Garnish with lime slices and whipped cream if desired. |
