- 1 2 lb bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup onions, chopped
- 1 16 oz cntr sour cream
- 2 10 oz can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- ½ cup butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
2. Mix all ingredients (except corn flakes and butter) in a large bowl, then spoon into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Spread the crushed flakes or chipps on top of mixed ingredients, then drizzle the butter over everything. |
3. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncovered. |
