ingredients

  • 1 2 lb bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup onions, chopped
  • 1 16 oz cntr sour cream
  • 2 10 oz can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
  • ½ cup butter, melted

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients (except corn flakes and butter) in a large bowl, then spoon into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Spread the crushed flakes or chipps on top of mixed ingredients, then drizzle the butter over everything.
3. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncovered.
