- 1 cup water, warm
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 egg
- 3-½ cups flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg active dry yeast

1. Measure wet ingredients into bread pan followed by dry ingredients (before adding yeast, remember to dig a small hole in the flour so that the yeast doesn't prematurely come into contact with the liquids). Select SWEET-DOUGH cycle. |
2. After dough cycle completes, remove dough from bread pan and shape into handball size balls. Place into 9X13 baking tray and let rise again for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake in 400-425 degree oven for 12-20 minutes. Rub tops of rolls with butter as soon as you pull them out of the oven. Mmmmmmm! |
