ingredients

  • 1 cup water, warm
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3-½ cups flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pkg active dry yeast

directions

1. Measure wet ingredients into bread pan followed by dry ingredients (before adding yeast, remember to dig a small hole in the flour so that the yeast doesn't prematurely come into contact with the liquids). Select SWEET-DOUGH cycle.
2. After dough cycle completes, remove dough from bread pan and shape into handball size balls. Place into 9X13 baking tray and let rise again for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake in 400-425 degree oven for 12-20 minutes. Rub tops of rolls with butter as soon as you pull them out of the oven. Mmmmmmm!
