- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 ounce almond liqueur optional
- 3 bananas
- 1 14 oz can strawberries, or fresh
- 1 15 oz can sliced peaches
- 5 kiwi fruits
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

1. Mix Bisquick with 1 cup sugar and milk. Spread mixture into 11 X 17-inch cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until brown at the edges. |
2. Prepare filling by mixing cream cheese, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup sugar, and almond liqueur. Spread mixture evenly over cooled crust. |
3. Slice fruit and arrange on cream cheese mixture in rows or other pattern. In a saucepan heat water, 1 cup orange juice, lemon juice, and 1 cup sugar. Thicken with cornstarch in a little water. Spread mixture over fruit. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. |
