- 2 15 oz cans black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tomatoes, chopped and drained
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 2 jalapeno chile pepper, chopped
- 1 cup italian salad dressing
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- 2 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped

In a large bowl, mix black-eyed peas, tomatoes, sweet onion, jalapeno peppers, Italian dressing, and cilantro. Add in cayenne pepper to taste. Stir in the avocados just before serving. |
