  • 1 cup hot black coffee
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 pkgs pkgs reduced calorie hot chocoate mix
  • 2 cups uncooked old-fashioned quick oats
  • 1 cup raisins

directions

Using a fork, in a small mixing bowl combine coffee and peanut butter, mixing until peanut butter is softened. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly (mixture will be stiff and sticky). Divide mixture into eight equal parts and transfer each part to a sheet of wax paper. Using hands, press mixture together and shape into a log about 5 inches long and 1-1/2 inches wide. Tightly wrap log in the wax paper and freeze overnight.
