- 12 small new potatoes
- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1 8 oz pkg monterey jack-colby cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. |
2. Place potatoes in a large saucepan over medioum heat and cover with water. Bring to a boil, and cook 10 minutes or until tender; drain. |
3. Place cooked potatoes on an ungreased cookie sheet with the cut side up. Spread a spoonful of dressing on the top of each potatoe half. Sprinkle with cheese, and lightly dust with pepper. |
4. Bake in the preheted oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
