ingredients

  • 12 small new potatoes
  • 1 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1 8 oz pkg monterey jack-colby cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place potatoes in a large saucepan over medioum heat and cover with water. Bring to a boil, and cook 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
3. Place cooked potatoes on an ungreased cookie sheet with the cut side up. Spread a spoonful of dressing on the top of each potatoe half. Sprinkle with cheese, and lightly dust with pepper.
4. Bake in the preheted oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
