ingredients

  • 1 8 oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 12 ounces pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

directions

1. Press dough on bottom of 12" round pan. Pinch seams.
2. Top with sausage, then hash browns. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over sausage and hash browns. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
