ingredients

  • SALAD:
    • 1 head lettuce
    • 1 large tomato
    • 2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
    • 8 to 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 1 egg, hard-boiled
  • DRESSING:
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
    • 1 tablespoon minced onion
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • salt
    • black pepper

directions

1. Place torn lettuce into large salad bowl. Chop and add tomatos, chicken, bacon, and egg. Toss. Set aside.
2. In separate bowl, combine dressing ingrediants. Chill salad and dressing separately until ready to serve.
