ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 16 oz pkg spaghetti

directions

1. In a separate bowl, bring cream cheese and sour cream to room temp and mix well. Brown hamburger. Combine with sauce and simmer 10 min. Cook noodles.
2. Combine in 9 1/2 x 11 pan. Put cream mixture in bottom of dish. Layer noodles then hamburger/sauce then cheese. Repeat layers of noodles then hamburger/sauce then cheese. Cover with foil
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
