ingredients

  • 1 lb. smoked salmon, skinned, boned and shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup onions, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • dash tabasco hot pepper sauce

directions

Fold ingredients into cheese until thoroughly mixed. Chill for a few hours, overnight is even better. Serve on crackers or toast. Can also be used as a filling for pasta.
