- 1 lb. smoked salmon, skinned, boned and shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup onions, finely chopped
- ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- dash tabasco hot pepper sauce

Fold ingredients into cheese until thoroughly mixed. Chill for a few hours, overnight is even better. Serve on crackers or toast. Can also be used as a filling for pasta. |
