- 6 pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
- ¾ cup water
- 1 box stuffing mix, for pork
- 1 cup water, very hot
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- ¼ cup butter, melted

1. Brown chops. Remove and add 3/4 cup water to frying pan. Place chops in single layer in a baking dish. |
2. In a bowl, mix the vegetable packet from the stuffing box with 1 cup very hot water and 1/4 cup melted butter. Add contents of crumb packet and mix well. Form into as many balls as you have chops and place one ball on each chop. |
3. Put soup in a pan containing the water and drippings; mix and pour over chops and stuffing. Bake, uncovered, 60 to 90 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
