- 3-4 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- ½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ lime
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste

Chop and drain the tomatoes. Combine with onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, and garlic in medium bowl. Squeeze the juice from the half lime into mixutre. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (more is better). |
