- 1-½ lbs. halibut, fileted
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Mrs. Dash
- salt
- mayonnaise

1. Melt butter in pan. Sprinkle butter with Mrs. Dash and salt. Lay halibut in butter; cook covered for 10 minutes. Sprinkle uncooked side with Mrs. Dash and butter. Turn, cover, and cook 10 more minutes. |
2. Dry fish on paper towels and cool in fridge. Mix with mayonnaise and more Mrs. Dash to taste. Chill or spread immediately on bread for sandwiches. |
