  • 1-½ lbs. halibut, fileted
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Mrs. Dash
  • salt
  • mayonnaise

directions

1. Melt butter in pan. Sprinkle butter with Mrs. Dash and salt. Lay halibut in butter; cook covered for 10 minutes. Sprinkle uncooked side with Mrs. Dash and butter. Turn, cover, and cook 10 more minutes.
2. Dry fish on paper towels and cool in fridge. Mix with mayonnaise and more Mrs. Dash to taste. Chill or spread immediately on bread for sandwiches.
