ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ lb. bacon, diced
  • 4 sticks celery
  • 2 dill pickles, diced
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice

directions

Gently boil potatoes until almost done. Add eggs to boiling water and continue to boil. In skillet, fry diced bacon until brown; DO NOT DRAIN. Into large bowl add celery, pickles, onion, and bacon WITH GREASE. Dice potatoes and eggs and stir into bowl. Add mustard, mayonnaise, and pickle juice.
