- 6 medium potatoes
- 3 eggs
- ½ lb. bacon, diced
- 4 sticks celery
- 2 dill pickles, diced
- ½ onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice

Gently boil potatoes until almost done. Add eggs to boiling water and continue to boil. In skillet, fry diced bacon until brown; DO NOT DRAIN. Into large bowl add celery, pickles, onion, and bacon WITH GREASE. Dice potatoes and eggs and stir into bowl. Add mustard, mayonnaise, and pickle juice. |
