- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup celery, diced
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup potato chips, crushed
- 2 tablespoons onions
- 2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

1. Melt butter; add flour then stir in broth. Cool until mixture thickens. Add other ingrediants except chips. Put layer of chips on bottom of cassarole; add chicken mixture; top with rest of chips. |
2. Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes. |
