ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup potato chips, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons onions
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

directions

1. Melt butter; add flour then stir in broth. Cool until mixture thickens. Add other ingrediants except chips. Put layer of chips on bottom of cassarole; add chicken mixture; top with rest of chips.
2. Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes.
