  • 1 18 oz box white cake mix
  • 1 3 oz pkg blackberry jello mix
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup Mogen David Blackberry Royal wine
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • Mogan David Blackberry Royal wine

directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together cake mix and gelatin. Add eggs, cooking oil, blackberry wine and lemon extract. Blend well.
2. Pour batter into heavily greased bundt pan and bake in pre-heated 325 degree oven for 40-45 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool and invert pan to remove cake.
3. For glaze, mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and wine in a saucepan and bring to a boil. After allowing cake to cool, drizzle glaze over cake.
