- 1 18 oz box white cake mix
- 1 3 oz pkg blackberry jello mix
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup cooking oil
- 1 cup Mogen David Blackberry Royal wine
- ¼ teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Mogan David Blackberry Royal wine

1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together cake mix and gelatin. Add eggs, cooking oil, blackberry wine and lemon extract. Blend well. |
2. Pour batter into heavily greased bundt pan and bake in pre-heated 325 degree oven for 40-45 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool and invert pan to remove cake. |
3. For glaze, mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and wine in a saucepan and bring to a boil. After allowing cake to cool, drizzle glaze over cake. |
