ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons seasoned salt, (or Mrs. Dash)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 ounces beer

directions

Mix dry ingredients and add beer. Dredge fish in flour then batter. Fry. Serve with tartar sauce.
