- 2 medium lobster tails
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 cup barbecue sauce

1. Remove tail meat from shell. Cut lengthwise down the middle and then across four times to make 10 chunks of lobster |
2. Wrap each lobster chunk in 1/2 piece of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. |
3. Coat all the bacon/lobster pieces with barbecue sauce. Place on grill and cook until bacon is crisp. Serve warm. |
